Picnic Under the Eclipse

Bring your own picnic and blanket to the park (right outside the library's doors) and have lunch under the eclipse. NASA's website shows that the partial eclipse over Dallas begins at 12:23 p.m. and reaches totality at 1:40 p.m. We will have activities and crafts for the kids.

Please remember, never look directly at the sun without eclipse glasses. We will have a limited number of eclipse glasses available at the picnic.
