Senior Home Repair Office Hours - help with the application

City staff will be available to help senior homeowners access and complete the Senior Home Repair Application. Homeowners may walk-in to City Hall at any time during business hours.

Select Dallas residents may be granted up to $10,000 for household home repairs. Residents must apply by March 3, 2023 to be eligible. 

To be considered, qualified residents must be:

• Over the age of 65.
• At or below 80% area median income (AMI).
• In need of repairs at their primary residence to increase accessibility OR reduce the risks threatening life or safety.
