Cara Mia Theatre (CMT) presents Senior Movement!

CMT focuses on enhancing physicality, body awareness, flexibility and expression for older adults. CMT takes into consideration the unique needs and abilities of seniors, promoting a safe and inclusive environment while fostering creativity. Integrating Mexican mask movement, music storytelling with rhythm, will help seniors to improve range of motion and flexibility!
