Join staff from the Nasher Sculpture Center for an in-depth discussion and hands-on demonstration focused on the art of Sheila Hicks, whose work will be featured at the Nasher Scultpure Center from May 11- August 18, 2019.

Ms. Hicks uses fiber to create sculptures and objects that give material form to color. Her pieces are not bound by a fixed form, but rather they are adaptable and playful.

Attendees will learn about the process and materials used by Ms. Hicks and practice making small-scale objects on their own.
