June 19th is Juneteenth, a day to commemorate the emancipation of enslaved people in the United States and a day to celebrate African American heritage and culture. Join us in celebrating with the music of Kamica King! 

Kamica King is a soul singer-songwriter known for her smooth sound, uplifting presence, and heartfelt songs that blend folk, soul, jazz, and Caribbean stylings. A classically trained and highly accomplished artist with global reach, Kamica’s performances include the Kennedy Center, U.S. Open, TEDx, and abroad (Africa & the Middle East). She holds official roles as a U.S. Department of State Cultural Ambassador with American Music Abroad, and is a Texas State Touring Roster Artist & City of Dallas Community Artist. 

When not on stage, Kamica can be found at the helm of her company King Creative Arts Expressions providing evidence-based music & arts programs that promote health and social-emotional wellness across industries & communities.
