The SPCA of Texas Mobile Vaccine Clinic will be in the Mountain Creek Branch parking area on March 4th to offer LOW-COST vaccines, heartworm testing and prevention, as well as flea prevention from 10 am - 1 pm. All services on a first-come, first-serve basis.
