Seniors Tinkering Exploring And Making

We have STEM for kids and we had STEM for adults. Now it's time to highlight all of our seniors out there looking to partake in STEM based projects and discussions. Below is June's topic!

Talk with Texas Parks and Wildlife Department's Urban Wildlife Biologist Rachel Richter about the science behind her career and information on urban wildlife found in the Dallas area. While she will primarily talk on the urban wildlife in Denton County (our branch is on the Denton County border to Collin County and Dallas County), she may also be able to answer questions related to concerns in your county. We have also asked for TPWD flyers for the three counties to be distributed during the event but we may have some leftover to keep on our community information board in our lobby.
