STEAM: Build a Penguin Raft

Penguins live in the Southern Hemisphere in places such as Antartica, Argentina, Australia, Chile, New Zealand, and South Africa. Penguins spend about half of their lives on land and half of their lives in the water. Unfortunately, due to a decrease in icebergs penguins are having a hard time traveling from place to place and finding food. Your STEM challenge is to build a penguin raft to help the penguins travel easier in the water.
