Presented by doctorate students of UT Southwestern, learn about a new STEM topic each month. 

 

This month we will learn about Non-Newtonian Fluids as Lauren McCormick, PhD leads us through a fun experiment making Oobleck. We will then do an experiment with the Oobleck and ketchup, which is also a non-Newtonian fluid.
