Event Details

Test your mind, sharpen your strategy, try your luck, play some games, make new friends...this Saturday is all about games!

 We will have board games, chess, puzzles, and Magic the Gathering to name a few.

  •  Dungeons and Dragons Epic- in Classroom E
    • This is DPL's first interconnected Dungeons and Dragons EPIC event, where we will have multiple campaigns going simultaneously for veteran and beginner players alike. All supplies will be provided; however, players are welcomed to bring their luckiest set of dice and other playing accessories. Please complete the following form to secure your seat: https://forms.office.com/g/9KrL35wQ2Y. Walk-ups will be accepted as space allows.
    • There will be tables at the Dungeons & Dragons EPIC specifically for our youngest adventurers and their adult companions. Please register each individual in your group and comment with everyone in your adventuring party (family) in the comments section.
  • Magic the Gathering- in Classroom D
    • Open Play format! Commander will be four to a pod, while any remaining individuals can do 3 to a pod, 1v1 100 card Brawl. Standard, Modern, and Pauper also welcome, but cannot guarantee the number of players who will also bring such decks.
    • Proxies welcome but must be disclosed to other players. Proxies must be legible with all game actions clearly written on the substitute.
    • Land Station will be provided for basic lands
    • Bring a card to sign and donate to the DPL "Con Cube"!
    • Trade binders welcome. No monetary sales allowed within library
    • BYO playmats, dice, and tokens. DPL is not responsible for any items brought by an individual that are stolen or damaged. Please keep your items with you at all times.
  • Puzzle, Puzzle, Puzzle (11:30 am)
    • Try your hand at puzzle chess
    • 5 pairs speed puzzling of 500 pieces in an hour and half (sign up day of)
    • Race to see what the fastest time you can get putting together a puzzle
  • Game nights with JR, during the day!
    • Come learn how to play new board games with JR!
  • Learn to Play Chess - Classroom G from 12 pm to 1 pm.
  • Chess Tournament- in Classroom F
    • Start at 12:30
