Summer Kickoff Party

It's the official start of Dallas Public Library's SMART Summer with Mayor Johnson! If you haven't already, visit or download Beanstack to register!

Visit the Youth Discovery Center at J. Erik Jonsson Central Library Saturday, June 4th starting at 10 a.m. for our free kickoff party!

Participants will be able to learn more about summer reading for their age group, enjoy snacks from Equal Heart, pick up free books from Dallas ISD, and participate in some fun programs!

Play Life Size Candyland! Choose from the following sessions. To register, click on the session time.

10:15 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.

11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m.

2 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

2:45 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.

3:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

4:15 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.

Bender the balloon artist will be here from 1 p.m. - 2 p.m.
