Event Details

In partnership with the DISD office of Attendance Improvement and Truancy Reduction, the Dallas Public Library offers a an engaging class for 8th grade students who have been referred as a result of being at-risk for truant behavior. The program introduces students and their parents to helpful library resources and engages the students in team-based activities.

Conjuntamente con Dallas Independent School District (DISD) de la oficina de Mejoramiento de Assistencia y Reduccion de Absentismo, La Biblioteca de Dallas ofrece clases para estudiantes del octavo grado quienes han sido referidos como resultado de alto riesgo por comportamiento de absentismo. El programa presenta a estudiantes y sus padres para ayudar a los recursos de la biblioteca Y atraer a los estudiantes en actividades grupales.
