The University of North Texas Department of Educational Psychology Is Conducting a Research Study

On Parent Involvement and Children’s School Readiness in Dallas, Richardson, Irving and the surrounding areas

A spokesperson will be in the Library to give more information about the study and to sign up volunteers.

Texas HIPPYCorps and HHSC Technical Assistance Grant Evaluation

Who can participate? Parents with children between 3 and 5 years old

Study Procedures: You will fill-out online questionnaires and your child will complete a school readiness assessment

Purpose of Research: To measure parent involvement and children’s school readiness compared to families in the HIPPY program

How long will it take? A 30-minute session in September or October and a 45-minute session in May or June

Compensation: You won’t receive compensation for participation
