Event Details
Dallas County Master Gardener, Kevin Burns, loves native Texas perennial plants and roses. He will be presenting a talk providing information about our native Texas wildflowers.
Afterwards, to celebrate Earth Day, we will make Texas Wildflower seed bombs. You can toss them out in areas, such as along the many trails that weave throughout the city of Dallas. Wherever a seed bomb hits the ground, the hope is that wildflowers will grow and help attract and protect important pollinators like bees and butterflies.
Supplies provided by the Friends of the Dallas Public Library
