Shelia Bower joins us to teach this two-person yoga practice. Two-person yoga is a shared exploration of balance, trust and unity. It invites the partners to move together in a seamless flow of postures, breath and intention. 

This class is intended for a child and a parent but is open to all who wish to try. Please dress ready for yoga and bring your own mat(s).
