Understanding Shakespeare for Teens

Teens and adults, visit the Kleberg Rylie Branch April 28th at 5pm for a performance from "A Play on Swords" and a discussion of Shakespeare overall. There will be a focus primarily on his plays, rather than his biography.  They will perform scenes and monologues and discuss them with the audience, and invite audience members up to perform short scenes as well, so they can learn Shakespeare's works from the inside out.

El día dedicado al Nacimiento de William Shakespeare es el 21 de abril, ¡y vamos a celebrarle al Bardo con un taller interactivo sobre sus obras!

Adolescentes y adultos pueden visitar la biblioteca Kleberg Rylie el 28 de abril a las 5 pm para mirar una presentación de al compañía “A Play on Swords” y una discusión de Shakespeare en general. Se concentrarán en las obras de Shakespeare en vez de su biografía. Representarán y discutirán escenas y monólogos con el auditorio, e invitarán a miembros del auditorio a representar escenas cortes también, para aprender de las obras de Shakespeare por dentro y por fuera.
