Join us for a one hour session where you will learn some of the basics of watercolor technique and get to paint your own floral scenery.
This program is by registration only, and is for ages 15 and up.
This program is generously funded by the Friends of the Dallas Public Library, and is in partnership with local organization ETTA (Empowering Through the Arts).
