White Rock Lake in Painted Perspective and Other Pieces by Kimberly Byers

This series of illustrative, impressionist style paintings are acrylic and Sharpie on canvas. This collection of art features special spots around the beautiful White Rock Lake in Dallas. I am a resident of East Dallas. I joined the Dallas Running Club and found myself at White Rock Lake for sunsets and sunrises and felt each of the changing seasons and experienced the magic of this urban oasis. Finding inspiration came easy for me to put the feeling of the moment into each piece. This exhibition features paintings of White Rock Lake and other pieces and hope it inspires all.
