Yoga: A Meditative Practice

Vickery Park has partnered with Maria Pacheco of Seva Community Yoga to provide free yoga classes to all those who are interested. Seva started with a simple idea: to make yoga a tool for connection and transformation. Inspired by the Sanskrit word for ‘selfless service,’ they believe in creating a space where everyone feels welcome and supported. Bringing your own mat is strongly encouraged.
