Program Description

Event Details

In observance of Native American Heritage Month, the programming team is hosting a presentation on the cuisine of the indigenous peoples of North America. The primary resource for the content will be the award-winning cookbook, "The Sioux Chef's Indigenous Kitchen," by Sean Sherman with Beth Dooley. 

This event will be in-person and viewable online via Zoom. Registration is required. Due to safety concerns, the in-person audience will be limited to 10 people, but anyone that registers will be provided an email with the necessary information to attend the Zoom call of the same event. An email with further details on attendance will be sent out before the event itself.
