The YMCA is bringing a Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring program to the library. The YMCA designed this program to help adults with hypertension and to lower and manage their blood pressure.

Each month our presenter, Stephen Scroggin, will discuss a new topic to help expand our knowledge of financial literacy. This month he will be talking on Credit Cards Versus Debit Cards.

Create your own sparkling beaded snowflakes in this relaxing winter craft program for seniors and Adults!

Each month we'll watch a fun movie preceded by a lively session of trivia and behind-the-scenes facts! Screen the film, then test your knowledge and learn something new about what went into making it.
