Looking for some old school fun on Saturday mornings? The Prairie Creek Library hosts a weekly social hour that will include crafts, games, and much more!

Story Rumpus: Celebrate fun stories that are active, imaginative, creative and playful! Drawing tales, movement, puppets, songs, costumes and more provide memorable story experiences for all.

Come join us for a fascinating, informative presentation about bobcats and coyotes in Dallas by Brett Johnson, City of Dallas Urban Biologist. This talk will look at how both coyotes and bobcats are adapting to living in the city.

Call ahead to schedule one-on-one time to work on technology problems you are having. Every Tuesday or Thursday, by appointment only.

Learn about the ancient technique of basket weaving. Try your hand at a new craft by using reeds to weave your very own basket. Sponsored by The Dallas Foundation and Friends of the Dallas Public Library. Program is limited to 29 kids.

Join us at the Youth Discovery Center for Art with Friends, where we learn about artists, get inspired, and create our own artwork. 

Join the library staff and express yourself through painting with the help of our Artist in Residence. We will have the supplies, you bring the creativity. For adults 18+

Join us for an out of this world craft! Limit 30 kids. This program is being sponsored by the Lochwood Branch Library Friends.
