Therapeutic yoga focused on exploring one's own body. This class, taught by Mara Black, includes props for stretching as well as for instructions and suggestions for strengthening and increasing mobility. No yoga knowledge is necessary.
Learn about gliders then take on the challenge to build your own from paper and straws. Experiment with different shapes and determine which one glides through the air the best.
