Get active with Music Together Dallas! Children and caregivers will experience rhythmic rhymes, multicultural music, tonal and instrument play.

Free tutoring help is available every week at the Lakewood Branch by a DISD math teacher.

Tutoring is for students struggling to maintain grade-level math, not those in advanced or honors classes.

City of Dallas Animal Services brings their free Mobile Animal Adoption Clinic to the library! This is a dogs only adoption. All dogs will be either spayed or neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped.

New and experienced knitters are invited to come to Fretz Park to knit, chat, and assist each other with projects on Saturday afternoons.

Creative Space open hours are a time when spaces will be open for customers to walk-in and use equipment on a first come/first serve basis.

Get into the Holiday spirit with a classic Christmas movie  - a Muppet's adaptation of the Charles Dickens'  "A Christmas Carol."  This movie is good for all ages.   

   Crochet for a Cause at Mountain Creek Branch Library every Saturday from 2 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Come and join us at Prairie Creek Branch Library as we fight monsters, save people, and cast spells with our new Dungeons and Dragons event! If there is no dungeon master present, additional board games will be available for teens to enjoy.

This is a bilingual computer class that introduces adults to basics such as: how to use a mouse, typing, Microsoft Word, and basic internet searches. The class is one hour long and all supplies will be provided.
