The YMCA is bringing a Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring program to the library. The YMCA designed this program to help adults with hypertension and to lower and manage their blood pressure.

Design and create custom leather jewelry! Mix and match color and texture, cut shapes from scrap leather and add details with paint pens to create unique earrings, necklaces, bracelets or pins.
