This fun Winter Wonderland Slime is perfect for the season. 

It’s the right shade of blue and filled with snowflakes and glitter!

Making slime can get a little messy, so make sure to wear old play clothes or even art smocks.

Celebrate Crayola Creativity Week by learning about color mixing. We will learn about primary, secondary and tertiary colors by mixing paint and then using it to paint a color wheel.

Dr. Dinora Diggs has lost her prized dinosaur skeleton! She cannot open her exhibit without her prized bones, and she needs your help to find them! Use the clues provided and work as a team to track down those bones and build her exhibit!

Shake up some winter fun at the library! Kids’ DIY Snowglobes is a craft program where kids can create their very own magical snowglobes.

Do you enjoy playing mobile games? If so, great! The Dallas Public Library has the program for you.  Visit the Lancaster-Kiest branch for ipad gaming.  During this program children can play Mario, Sonic and Racing games.

Join us each month as we read a book and do a craft based on the book we read. This is geared towards kindergarten through 2nd graders. 

Each class features beginner level instructions in guitar by an experienced instructor. Instruments provided. Great for ages 8 - 18. For the best learning experience, students should try to attend as many sessions as possible.
