Need to find a way to slow down, unwind and breathe?
Isha Foundation is an international non-profit, non-religious, public service organization, offering FREE Yoga and Meditation workshops in and around the city of Dallas. Workshops are open to all and do not require any fitness level or previous experience of yoga.
Workshops will be held on a bi-weekly basis beginning Saturday, January 18 through Saturday, March 28, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. We will alternate between two workshops—Yoga for Success and Meditation for Beginners starting with Yoga for Success on Saturday, January 18. Yoga for Success is a 60-minute module for anyone 7+ years, combining Yoga and Meditation. Meditation for Beginners is a 45-minute module for anyone 12+ years.
