These hands-on experiences encourage STEM learning. Families go from station to station at their own pace and work together to complete them all!

Get an up-close look at some new animal friends with Creature Teacher. Learn all about the habitats and lives of animals from around the world.

Are you interested in learning to play the guitar? Swan Strings, a local musical non-profit, is here to help! Come learn how to play the guitar in this class series, especially designed for children aged 8 and up!

Bring your little one to a fun event where dancing, singing, and learning go hand in hand! Your child will explore rhythm, melody, and movement while developing essential skills like memory, fine and gross motor coordination, and more.

The Groove Guild is a new music club presented by Dallas Public Library, where we discuss and listen to music from our catalog. 

Relax with your family and friends and play some of your favorite games. We have a selection of board games and Switch games for you to choose from.

Slay monsters, gather treasure and go on adventures with friends old and new! Dungeons & Dragons sessions, led by Thomas Acebo, meet every second and fourth Saturday of the month. 

It's like book club but better! Every month on the first Saturday we will meet to enjoy sampling local brews and discussing a book.

Let's move! Explore a wide variety of movement from Salsa to Zumba to Yoga and anything else while listening to music that will make you want to move! Be prepared to move, dance, and have fun!

Take a leisurely morning stroll through the library's neighborhood! We will do some warm up stretching, walk a full mile every Monday morning, half a mile each way, and stretch again!
