Attention young trainers! Join us on May 16th from 1PM to 3PM on the 2nd floor in the Kahn Pavilion for the very first the Central Library Pokémon Club. This event is open to kids, teens and their families.

Yoga can help kids to integrate their bodies and their brains so they can manage big feelings and move confidently!

Bring your 2 to 5 year olds to the library so that can start exploring all the wonderful things yoga can do!

All Special Ability Adults are welcome to join the group. A space to play board games, dance, sing, read, write, solve puzzles, and offer time to socialize with other friends and meet their families/caregivers.

Free after-school meals for children up to 18 years old are available Monday-Friday from 3:30 – 4:15 pm. Meals must be consumed in the room in which they are served.

Join us every Monday for board games, card games, and everything in between! Pick up your afterschool snack and come on into the Blue room for some competitive fun!

On the 3rd Tuesday of the month, bring your little one for a hands-on activity geared towards a new theme. All supplies provided. 

Get help from the North Texas Food Bank signing up for Texas Health and Human Services benefits such as SNAP, Medicaid, TANF, and Medicare Savings Program.

1 on 1 dedicated computer help with a staff member from the Dallas Public Library. We can help you with your computer skills, accessing social services, connectivity, job applications, creating a resume and more.

Calling all knit, crochet, needlepoint, cross-stitch, sewing and fiber arts enthusiasts!   Bring your projects and materials for a morning "in stitches" with other fiber craft artists.  All skill levels are welcome!
