Explore healthy breathing and concentration exercises to energize your body and mind through Chair Yoga. Tailored for older adults, these classes are open to anyone who wants to experience transformation with a little more support!

Sugar skulls! Learn all about Dia de Los Muertos while making a shrine that honors a loved one who passed away. Include images from famed muertos artist, Patrick Murillo. You will use papers, found objects, glitter, paint and more.

This class uses the principles of yoga-breathing, slow intentional stretches- and combines it in a high accessible format that seniors of any ability can participate. A fun and relaxing class. 

Officer Gemmell from the Dallas Police Frauds and Scams Division will join us for a presentation on new and common frauds and scams, as well as how to look out for them and avoid them.

Make elegant decorative candles to spruce up your home or fill your candelabra. Use a selection of pressed flowers to decorate plain tapered candles to match a centerpiece or other area of your home.

Get into the spooky spirit with this relaxing painting session! In this program, seniors will create charming spooky ghost paintings to take home or have on display in our library! All materials are provided, registration is required.
