Gabby heads out on a road trip with her Grandma Gigi to the urban wonderland of Cat Francisco.

Using prepared kits, guests will simulate how fossils are discovered and excavated at field sites. They will learn how paleontologists uncover fossil materials with tools and how fossil experts prepare fossils in a lab.

Each Friday this summer, we will watch a different episode of Reading Rainbow, discuss the episode, and make a related craft! Come open your heart to reading with the favorite classic show, and get to watch the new episodes, as well!

Slay monsters, gather treasure and go on adventures with friends old and new! Dungeons & Dragons sessions, led by Thomas Acebo, meet every second and fourth Saturday of the month.

Build a DIY foosball table using a shoebox, wooden skewers/dowels, clothespins (players), a marble, and tape. Cut goal holes, insert skewers through the sides for rods, attach pins, and use tape to secure them.

The Dallas Arboretum is coming to the library! Learn all about native Texas plants and how to plant them in your own backyard with a SEED BOMB!
