Join us for an introduction to wellness through yoga therapy. You will learn techniques that support and develop greater strength and stability, and stimulate and maintain an optimum state of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. This class is designed for beginners of all abilities.
Each class runs for seven sessions (no meetings on January 20 or February 17 due to library closures). For the best experience participants are encouraged to come to the earliest session they can, but new students are always welcome.
