Celebrate artists who come from marginalized communities this February with the vibrant, mosaic-like art of Alma Thomas! In this session of Art in the Style of, participants will explore Thomas’s signature techniques and patterns, then create their own colorful, abstract artwork inspired by her joyful, energetic style.

Whether you’re new to painting or a seasoned artist, this workshop is all about experimenting with color, discovering new ways to express yourself inspired by the art of others, and having fun with art!
