An Awesome Jar is an expression of you! Decorate with all the little pieces that make your jar special - then write down happy moments/memories on slips of paper and place them inside. When you have a rough day, open up your jar and read your notes to be grateful for those moments and others that will come!
Jars and decorations will be provided - bring your own happy memories!
