Join the Dallas B.R.A.I.N. for the first workshop of a 6 part series.
Learn to evaluate and clearly describe your business concept.

The Business Foundation Series starts on Wednesday, January 24th at 6 pm on the 5th floor of the J. Erik Jonsson Central Library. Each workshop will cover one of the following topics:

1. Proof of Concept

2. Market Research

3. Business Plan Development

4. Sales and Marketing Strategy

5. Introduction to Legal and Financial Statements

6. Leadership Development

This six-part series is ideal for people new to business and entrepreneurship. By the end of the series participants will be grounded in business fundamentals and be able to have more constructive conversations with B.R.A.I.N. partners that include; area nonprofits, educational institutions and government agencies that can provide technical assistance, access to capital, mentoring and more.

Each class of the Business Foundation Series is designed to help business novices become better potential clients for the B.R.A.I.N. partners. The workshops will give clients guidance through facilitated discussions, presentations, worksheet handouts, peer learning and sharing.

Join us for the entire series or just the topics that you are interested in learning more about. Workshops are held every other Wednesday in the Hamon Conference Room on the 5th floor of the J. Erik Jonsson Central Library.
