Texas Superstar plants can help our gardens stay alive as the blast furnace from July and August turns down to become the deep freeze of January and February. These plants have to show superior performance under tough growing conditions to be designated as “Superstars.” Come learn about the annuals, perennials, woody shrubs including roses, trees and some yummy edibles that have earned this status. This program will be presented by Charlotte Canion of the Denton County Master Gardener Association.
Supplies provided by the Friends of the Dallas Public Library.
