Join us on Saturdays at Lakewood to celebrate unique national holidays!

We are now switching from the Grab & Go kits to in-person afterschool activities. 

Here is a list of the holidays we will be celebrating. 

April 5  – 9  • Unicorns 

April 12  – 16 • Gardening 

April 19  – 23 •  Jelly Beans 

April 26 – 30 •  Super Hero  

May 3  – 7 •  Textiles/Space 

May 10  – 14 • Limerick  

May 17 – 21 •  Millionaire  

May 24 – 28 • Paper Airplanes 

May 31 - June 4 •  Flip a Coin 

If you can't make it to Celebrate with Crafts at Lakewood we will also be doing the same craft earlier in the week at the following branches on the listed day:

White Rock- Tuesday at 4pm | MLK- Wednesday at 4pm | Lochwood- Thursday at 4pm

Registration isn’t required, please do so if you would like email reminders event updates.  

This is an in-person event inside the library, please keep social distancing in mind; masks are recommended.
