Event Details

We are celebrating Meteorologist Day, February 5th, all week with Grab & Go crafts! 

Because of the rising COVID cases, we have converted this afterschool activity into Grab & Go kits. 

In this kit, you will receive supplies to create a wind vane. This wind vane project will allow kids to see which direction the wind is blowing at any given time and learn a bit about the weather. 

These kits will be given away at the following branch libraries: 

Lakewood | Lochwood | Martin Luther King Jr. | White Rock Hills

We will keep giving these away until supplies run out, if one branch has run out please try contacting another.
