Program Description

Event Details

Chair Yoga is designed for folks 55 years and above, but is open to all. 

The benefits of the classes are: 

  • improve balance
  • flexibility
  • strength 
  • an over all sense of well being

I lead students through seated and standing yoga poses with the chair to help with stabilization. I offer modifications for each pose because every body is different.
