Paint with paper
In celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, we will be painting with paper using a traditional Japanese art form called Chigiri-e. In Japanese, chigiru means to tear or shred and “e” (eh) means picture. This technique uses torn strips of dyed washi paper to create beautifully intricate images.
