Event Details

Happy Cinco de Mayo! Join the Dallas Public Library and District 5 in celebrating this festive holiday with an all day party for the community of Lake June!

Check out the line up of events below!

  • Parade route: Starts at 10am at the Henry B. Gonzalez Personalized Learning Academy. Ends at 11am at the Prairie Creek Branch.
  • Festival: Starts at 11am - 2pm at the Prairie Creek Branch
  • Art Walk: Starts at 3pm in Elam Creek across from the Pleasant Grove Branch
  • Ballet Folklórico performance: Starts at 4pm at the Pleasant Grove Branch

All events are free and fun for all ages!
