Water Meter Technicians

• High School Diploma
• 1 yr experience in Customer Service, General Mechanical, General Construction, General Maintenance, or Meter Reading
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must obtain a Class D Water License from the TCEQ within probationary period

Water Meter readers

• High School Diploma
• 1 yr general work experience
• Valid driver's license with good driving record; own transportation with required liability insurance
• Pass written exam
