Remove the stress and practice mindfulness. Each kit contains supplies to create your own candle and a stress ball. Learn different ways to invite calm into your life with the provided mindfulness brochure.
Please only register for 1 kit as supplies are limited. This is a come and go program. Masks and Social Distancing are strongly encouraged.
