Event Details

In honor of Braille Literacy Month, learn about the importance of a written language like no other. Each person won't only get to browse some of DPL's braille books but also hear the history of braille, and get a proper hands on experience through interactive activities. Our presenter is an advocate for braille revival and has worked in vision rehabilitation for over 30 years. She has experience teaching braille to people of all age groups; so, feel free to bring the kids along too!
