Falconry Demonstration

Rousing those who have ever wondered about falconry!

The Blackland Prairie Raptor Center is providing information about a favorite pastime in Shakespeare's England, falconry! They will also present about other raptors and their importance to our present-day environment. There is no better way to experience and learn about birds of prey and how they were used for falconry, like in Shakespeare's work than to meet the birds in person. 

To make sure this event is a safe experience for the visiting animals and attendees we will require tickets for entry. Tickets will be distributed at the service desk 30 minutes before the program.
