Stress during holiday season is real. But most stressors (like beauty) lie in the eyes of the beholder.

Mitah Shah Bhagat's workshop will focus on changing the lens with which we view the current situation and our stressors.

Paying close attention to the positives in our life can  increase our happiness significantly. When we are happy and fulfilled, the negatives in our life dwindle in their importance.

This workshop will provide beneficial information allowing each participant to learn various elements of self-care and come up with a personalized plan to enhance their positivity and happiness this holiday season.
