Come celebrate Highland Hills Library's 3rd year annivesary in our new building. Enjoy creating a personal art work masterpiece on canvas as you participate in the art party presented by Mr. Abe Ilo, CEO of the Annie F. Lee Art Foundation. Children will enjoy games and crafts. Refreshments will be served.
