Program Description

Event Details

The Human Library experience allows people to come together in an informal, one-on-one setting to have a comfortable dialogue about often uncomfortable topics. "Human books" participate in the form of community members who have captivating, valuable stories to share.
During the program, visitors will have a chance to talk with people who each represent a different generation. Participants are encouraged to actively listen, ask questions, learn, and remain respectful of shared dialogues and experiences.

Arrive between 10 a.m. to noon, and plan to spend 20 minutes "reading" another person—a human book—who has unique stories to share.
