The Dallas SCORE chapter is presenting a workshop on writing business plans.

This workshop is designed to help you get started on writing a Business Plan. We'll introduce some of the essential elements needed to put you on the right path. This Workshop is a prerequisite to the "How To Write An Effective Business Plan" Workshop. We highly recommend that you take both Workshops for creating a Plan that is specific to your business.

In order to evaluate your business success, acquire money from lending institutions, and inform interested parties about your business you MUST have a business plan.

  • Business Description & Vision
  • Definition of Market/Customer Base
  • Products & Services
  • Organization, Management & Daily Operations
  • Employee Job Descriptions & Training
  • Marketing & Sales Strategy
  • Financial management

 

 

 Find SCORE mentors who can continue to help you with the business plan as well as finding those mentors who will continue to assist you with creating the right Business Plan for you

 

Dallas SCORE Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel you must notify the originator of this email 48 hours prior to the day of the workshop. A confirmation of your cancellation will be sent once it is received. Calling the SCORE Dallas office or contacting the instructor(s), is not acceptable for a cancellation notice.
