Event Details

Representatives from Parkland Hospital will present a series of four workshops on Healthy Living.  Steps you can take to improve your health and wellness.

This is the fourth and final workshop. Summary and application will be presented, as well as the importance of working with someone else.

Space is limited.  Please register.

The classes are free.  They are only presented in English, but handouts will be provided in Spanish and Spanish speaking staff will be onsite.
